4. Please think carefully about how long, what you'd like to include in your cruise, when and where you wish to first enter Indonesia, and approximately when and where you expect to exit Indonesia. If you do not already have a group of like-minded cruisers to form a small cruising fleet, we will try to suggest other Sail BIMP-EAGA yacht crews with a similar start time and location, so you can determine if you have compatible goals and therefore would like to team up.

5. The detailed cruise programme for each fleet is decided by the fleet participants; with our suggestions and ideas too. Please complete the enquiry form below and we'll aim to help you make the most of your cruise through BIMP-EAGA.

Notes:

1. Present phone number - prefer mobile: in the format +country code area code number .

2. Sail or Motor: please indicate if your yacht is principally Sail or Motor powered

3. Yacht Radio Callsign: is the official, licensed, marine HF/SSB radio callsign for the yacht; not a
personal HAM callsign

4. Yachts MUST HAVE a functional HF/SSB radio for General and Distress communications. It is
strongly recommended this radio be a modern marine HF/SSB radio with DSC; eg ICOM M801(E)

      5. Yachts MUST HAVE on-board HF/SSB radio email communications (ie: SailMail or Winlink); to receive
          information and notifications, to maintain contact with Sail BIMP-EAGA staff and local contacts,
          and to submit position reports for Indonesian security and Customs Bond requirements.

     6. Yachts MUST HAVE a functional mobile phone that can be fitted with a local SIM card,
          to facilitate shore based sms/text communications with Sail BIMP-EAGA staff, our
          local contacts and service providers. This phone MUST BE capable of Whatsapp and/or
          WeChat; for convenience, and to minimise communication costs.

7. The Indonesian arrival and departure ports MUST BE one of the 18 Indonesian ports listed as the
official entry and departure ports for cruising yachts. This is to make the process easier for you.

8. The Indonesian arrival and departure date does not need to be a specific date; early, mid or late
are appropriate "days" for the particular month, eg: late March.
