Intrepid Tours provides tours, accommodation, packages, travel, hotels, activities and transfers in North West Borneo - Brunei, Sabah and Sarawak.  Our programmes are for small groups, families, schools, youth groups, individual, corporate and business visitors. 

Our office is in Brunei - on the North West coast of Borneo - adjacent to the Malaysian states of Sabah and Sarawak. Intrepid Tours provides tour operator and travel agent services for Brunei, Sabah and Sarawak.

We specialise in specifically designed programmes for budget travel, luxury travel, corporate travel, backpackers, families, retired couples, schools and special interest groups.

Backed by over 25 years experience in tours, travel, training, adventure and leisure, and 15 years experience in North West Borneo, Intrepid Tours offers a unique standard of professional travel service because we design and operate our programmes in Borneo; where we live.

Budget, family, business, small group, couples and luxury travellers find our service/price combination excellent value because we live in Borneo, we don't have the high operating costs and multi-level marketing schemes of international travel marketing operations, and we actually operate the tours. The money you pay goes into the programme you receive.   

Tour activities include diving, dive training (PADI) walks, hiking, white water rafting, fishing, sailing, sail training (AYF/RYA Yachtmaster scheme) team challenge exercises, and water skiing.

Our natural heritage tours focus on rainforest, wildlife, rivers, mangroves and  islands.  Our cultural heritage tours integrate museums, mosques, palaces, water villages, longhouses, river cruises, handicrafts, traditional technology and local markets with our guides' extensive experience of the local history, culture and lifestyles.

Accommodation options include a six star resort hotel, a chalet on an isolated island or deep in the jungle, a longhouse, a local village home-stay, National Park bunkroom, a tent and even a jungle hammock. Combining these diverse options can create a "something new every day" holiday experience.  

Venues and attractions include Ulu Temburong National Park, Jerudong Park, Mulu caves, Mt Kinabalu National Park, the Kinabatangan River, Sukau, Sepilok Orangutan Sanctuary, Turtle Island, and Pulau Tiga. Wildlife you can expect to see includes Proboscis monkeys, Orangutans, monitor lizards, crocodiles, Hornbills and others.
