These options don't have the support services - eg: pools, restaurants, meeting facilities, sports facilities, business facilities - of most hotels, but each offers tidy accommodation and value-for-money service in a prime location.

Our budget accommodation prices do not include breakfast when the venue:

• Is within a few minutes walk of local cafes etc where breakfast can be bought cheaply, AND/OR

• Has self-cooking facilities available for guests

As usual, we will always assist families, couples, small groups, schools and  special interest groups to find the best value accommodation for their particular needs.

We also operate airport, bus terminal or ferry terminal transfers. For some accommodation options,  these are complimentary if you are happy to take transfers with other people; meaning you might need to wait for other flights or ferries to arrive. Alternatively, you can request our private transfers; these are cheaper and more reliable than taxis.

They are in walking distance of the main shopping areas, food stalls, night market, wholesale market, and large shopping complexes, with department stores etc. Banks (HSBC, Standard Chartered and City Bank) have their head office branches here.

* These properties are near the Gadong/Centrepoint - shopping area with its Mall, cinemas numerous shop houses, cafes etc, and the big night market for local style take-away meals etc.

* These properties are in rural areas of Temburong, close to the Ulu Temburong National Park operations, and our River Safari tour area. Approximately 10 minutes drive from the regional town - Bangar.
